There are many kinds of aluminum plate, and it is a new type of material. Therefore, there is no uniform classification method, which is usually classified according to the use, product function and surface decoration effect.
Classify by purpose
A. aluminium plate for building curtain wall
The minimum thickness of the upper and lower aluminum sheets shall be no less than 0.50mm, and the total thickness shall be no less than 4mm. Aluminum material should comply with the requirements of GB/T 3880, the general use of 3000, 5000 and other series of aluminum alloy sheet, coating should use fluorocarbon resin coating.
B. aluminium board for exterior wall decoration and advertisement
The upper and lower aluminum plates shall be of antirust aluminum of thickness no less than 0.20mm, and the total thickness shall be no less than 4mm. Coatings are usually made of fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating.
C. aluminium plate for indoor use
The upper and lower aluminum plate generally adopts thickness of 0.20mm, minimum thickness of not less than 0.10mm aluminum plate, the total thickness is generally 3mm. The coating is made of polyester coating or acrylic coating.
Classification by product function
A. fireproof board
Using flame retardant core material, the combustion performance of the product can reach the refractory grade (B1 grade) or non combustible grade (Grade A); meanwhile, other performance indexes should meet the technical requirements of the aluminum-plastic board.
B. antibacterial mildew proof aluminum plastic plate
The antibacterial and bactericidal coating is applied on the aluminum-plastic board to control microbial activity, reproduction and eventually kill bacteria.
C. antistatic aluminium plastic plate
Antistatic plastic plate with antistatic coating on aluminum plate, the surface resistivity is less than 109, than the surface resistivity of ordinary aluminum plate is small, so it is not easy to produce static electricity, dust in the air is not easy to be attached on the surface.
Classify by surface decoration
A. coating decorative aluminum-plastic plate
Various decorative coatings are applied on the surface of aluminum sheet. The commonly used fluorocarbon, polyester, acrylic coatings, mainly including metallic, plain, pearl color, fluorescent color, decorative effect, the market is the most common species.
B. oxidation painted aluminum plate
Anodized aluminum alloy panel, with rose, bronze and other unique colors, play a special decorative effect.
C. paster decorative composite board
That is, the color film, according to the set process conditions, rely on the role of adhesive, so that the color film adhesive on the painted aluminum plate, or directly attached to the degreasing aluminum plate. The main varieties are hillock pattern, wood grain board and so on.
D. color printing aluminum-plastic plate
The different patterns through advanced computer typesetting printing technology, color ink in the transfer paper printing all kinds of imitation natural patterns, and then through the heat transfer technology indirectly in aluminum plate produce all kinds of imitation of natural pattern. Designers can meet the creative and personalized choice of the owners.
E. drawing aluminum plate
The aluminum alloy panel, which is brushed by drawing, is a product of gold drawing and silver drawing, which brings different visual enjoyment.
F. mirror aluminum plastic plate
The surface of aluminum alloy panel is polished as mirror surface.
