Method for simply identifying quality of aluminium plastic sheet
1. aluminum thickness: such as aluminum thickness of 0.5mm, the actual measurement should be, aluminum thickness of 0.5mm+ fluorocarbon paint, thick 0.025mm=0.525mm (surface aluminum total thickness).
2. fluorocarbon paint (PVDF): at least double coated with a coat of paint and a primer. Measurement by film thickness > 0.025mm. Wipe 200 times do not show.
3. polyester paint (PE): 0.016mm > measuring film thickness meter, wiping 100 times do not show.
4., polymer sticky conjunctiva: the United States imports of raw materials, tearing aluminum peel, will find that aluminum and aluminum evenly distributed on the fluffy white polymer, and tension > 7N/nm.
5. soft plastic: translucent, folding aluminum plate, aluminum skin will break, but plastic will not break, and can pull back, fold countless times.
6. protective film: double layer film, 0.09mm thickness, tear off the protective film, feel smooth.
